What is No Derivative Works? Can i use this in my level game?

I believe it means you can use it, but you can't edit it or make changes to it in any way. I set it like this because I don't want anyone making my avatar look bad, mean, or weird in any possible way. And yes, you can use this in your game!

This can be the scary picture level of Never Ending Level Game X...(This game has a bunch of scary pictures but they are not very scary) But this art is T rate, Never Ending Level Game X is an E rate game, so I dont want to use this.
